Questions

What people ask before the first call.

01What happens on the teardown call?

Twenty minutes, free. You tell us what your team does over and over, and we tell you what is worth automating first and roughly what it would take, whether or not you hire us.

02How does a project usually begin?

With the teardown. If there is a fit, the next step is the Systems Audit: $1,500, a two hour audit plus a one day architecture map, credited in full against any project booked within 30 days. Then a build, scoped and priced before anything starts.

03What does a build cost?

Builds start from $2,500 and every price is published, so you know the range before we talk. Model and API usage is billed at cost.

04How do I know it gets finished, and that I hear from you along the way?

Every build runs the same five steps, with dates agreed before it starts. Step four is three days of stress testing before you see anything. What clients mention most is the communication: one wrote that Aleem informed him of progress throughout and was always responsive to any concerns.

05Will I be able to run it after delivery?

Yes. You get the system running in your own accounts, the source, and a video walkthrough of every part. Most fixes are one video away. If you would rather not touch it, an ongoing plan from $1,500 a month covers it.

06Why not a freelancer, or an off-the-shelf tool?

Sometimes you should, and if a standard tool solves it we will tell you. The difference is what you have at the end. A platform rents you access, and the day you stop paying it stops working. With us you own the system, with the videos to run it.
