Using the website
This is the website of NexusPoint, an independent agency led by Aleem Ul Hassan. Please read these terms when using nexus-point.co.
You may browse the site, read its resources and share links to its pages. Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
Do not knowingly submit malicious code, send spam, impersonate someone, disrupt the site or attempt to access systems or information without permission. Normal browsing, linking and lawful search indexing are permitted.
Website content and ownership
Unless a page or resource says otherwise, NexusPoint or its licensors owns the rights in the site’s branding, writing, design and artwork. Third-party names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners.
You may refer to our work and quote brief excerpts where permitted by applicable law, with a clear credit and link to the original page. Contact us before reusing our branding, reproducing substantial parts of a resource or republishing portfolio artwork. Any licence stated for a particular download or code example takes priority for that material.
Ownership, third-party licences and handover requirements for client deliverables are set out in the agreement for that project.
Enquiries and information you send
An enquiry starts a conversation. Sending a message or requesting a teardown does not by itself confirm a project, a booking or a scope of work. We will discuss the next step with you directly.
Send information you are entitled to share and provide contact details that allow us to reply. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry. If the discussion needs confidential documents or system access, agree a suitable way to share them with us first.
Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and visitor information are handled.
Paid services and project agreements
Before a paid project begins, we agree its scope and commercial terms with you. The agreed proposal or service agreement records fees, payment arrangements, deliverables, timelines, approvals, confidentiality and ownership.
That agreement governs the project, including any applicable cancellation or refund arrangements. Published descriptions help explain our services, but a website update does not change an existing project agreement.
Guides, concepts and external links
Our guides provide general information and our concept studies show possible approaches. Read the Disclaimer for how to interpret examples, portfolio work and reviews. Assess and test an example before relying on it in your own environment.
Third-party websites and tools have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their operation. Review those terms before using a linked service or sharing information with it.
Availability and problems
We aim to keep the website working and its information current. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or issues outside our control. Content and public features may change as the site develops.
If a page is inaccurate or a feature is not working, tell us at aleem@nexus-point.co. This section does not reduce a delivery commitment made in a separate project agreement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law says cannot be excluded. These terms do not limit responsibility for fraud or remove any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms when the site or its public resources change. The date above shows when this version was last updated. A new version applies to future website use; it does not retroactively change an existing project agreement.
If you have a question about a page, permission to reuse content or these terms, email aleem@nexus-point.co.
