01The brief
Years of contracts, reports and proposals sat in shared drives. Junior staff searched by file name, and the same questions went to the same senior people every week.
Answer with sources01 / 0302What we built
A private assistant that reads the firm’s documents, answers in plain language and cites the exact passage it used. Anything it cannot support with a source, it says so.
Assistant on mobile02 / 0303How it connects
It reads from the drives the team already uses and respects their folder permissions. Useful answers can be saved to a shared library with one click.
04What changes
- Questions get answered in minutes, with the source attached.
- Senior people stop being the search engine.
- Nothing leaves the firm’s own accounts.

01The brief
The front desk answered the same questions all day: prices, availability, parking, aftercare. Evening messages piled up, and some patients booked elsewhere before anyone replied.
Front desk console01 / 0302What we built
An assistant on the group’s WhatsApp number that answers from the clinic’s own policies, books into the live calendar and flags anything clinical for a person.
Patient conversation02 / 0303How it connects
Calendar, patient records and the front desk inbox stay in sync. Every conversation is visible to staff, and they can take over at any point.
04What changes
- Patients get an answer at any hour.
- Appointments book straight into the calendar.
- The desk handles the conversations that need a person.

01The brief
Channels, newsletters and feeds all needed checking. Important shifts were spotted late, and the same story got summarised three times by three people.
The daily brief01 / 0302What we built
An assistant that tracks the team’s chosen channels and sources overnight, groups what changed, explains why it matters and delivers one brief to every inbox at seven.
Brief on mobile02 / 0303How it connects
Sources, the brief and the team’s planning sheet are linked, so a story can go from the brief to the content plan in one step.
04What changes
- The day starts with one brief, not twelve tabs.
- Trends are spotted while they are still early.
- Every claim in the brief links to its source.
