Aera Living
Architectural property developer
Aera builds a small number of considered homes each year. The website had to feel like walking into one.

- Scope
- Brand identity, Art direction, Editorial web design, CRM wiring
01The brief
The old site read like a listings portal. Buyers were booking viewings without understanding what made the architecture different, and the sales team spent every first visit explaining it.
Residence page01 / 0302What we built
An identity, an editorial website and a viewing journey. Each residence has a long-form page with plans, materials and light studies. The inquiry form asks two qualifying questions instead of eight.
Viewing request flow02 / 0303How it connects
Viewing requests land in the sales CRM with the residence, budget band and preferred date already attached. The confirmation and the follow-up go out on their own.
04What changes
- Buyers arrive at viewings already knowing the architecture.
- Nobody copies form entries into a spreadsheet any more.
- The team publishes a new residence without a developer.

Furniture and objects studio
Forma makes furniture and objects in small runs. Its store flattened every one of them into the same grid.

- Scope
- Visual identity, Product art direction, Commerce experience, Storefront build
01The brief
The products were photographed beautifully and sold through a generic theme. Every launch looked like a stock update, and a sold-out object simply disappeared.
Collection page01 / 0302What we built
A storefront where each object gets a material story, scale references and a calm path to checkout. A lookbook template lets the team launch a collection in an afternoon.
Product and checkout02 / 0303How it connects
Stock levels, restock alerts and the care guide run from the store itself, so a sold-out object turns into a waiting list instead of a dead end.
04What changes
- Collections launch as stories rather than product drops.
- Sold-out pages collect demand instead of losing it.
- Care questions fall because the guide arrives with the order.

Northline
Outbound email platform
Northline had a strong product and a site made of feature names. Prospects booked demos just to find out what it did.

- Scope
- Messaging, Product storytelling, Web design, Lead routing
01The brief
Sales spent the first call of every deal explaining the basics. The pricing page raised more questions than it answered, and marketing waited on engineering for every new page.
Product walkthrough01 / 0302What we built
A product-led site with interactive walkthroughs of the three core workflows, a comparison page written for buyers and a pricing page that answers procurement questions up front.
Pricing on mobile02 / 0303How it connects
Every demo request is enriched with company data and routed to the right rep, with the pages the visitor read attached to the lead.
04What changes
- Demos start at the second question, not the first.
- Reps see what a prospect cared about before the call.
- Marketing ships new pages from the CMS on its own.
