01The brief

Prospecting took two days a week. Data went stale between the spreadsheet and the CRM, and nobody trusted which accounts were actually a fit.

02What we built

A pipeline that pulls companies from directories, finds the decision maker, scores fit against the firm’s best clients and writes a first-touch message for review.

03How it connects

Directories, enrichment, the scoring sheet and the CRM run as one flow. Duplicates are caught by identity, not by name, and every lead keeps its source.

04What changes

  1. Monday starts with a scored list, not a blank sheet.
  2. The CRM holds one clean record per company.
  3. Reps call fewer accounts and better ones.
